    COPPERBELT Minister Elisha Matambo has questioned why individuals insulting President Hakainde Hichilema online are going unpunished despite existing cyber laws. Speaking during a courtesy call from ZICTA officials yesterday, Matambo expressed concern over the authority’s failure to bring to book those who insult the President daily, sometimes even creating images using AI. “I want to understand one issue which has been a thorn in the flesh of a lot of people, including myself, including the Head of State.
