NATIONAL Olympic Committee of Zambia (NOCZ) president Alfred Foloko has reaffirmed the committee’s commitment to supporting sports associations that demonstrate strong governance structures and clear strategic direction. Speaking when the Zambia Basketball Federation (ZBF) president Maziko Phiri and General Secretary Rodrick Ndhlovu, accompanied by FIBA representative Michal Konency, paid a courtesy call on the NOCZ Secretariat, Foloko praised ZBF for successful hosting the FIBA Plus Strategic Planning Workshop held from February 13 to 16, 2026 in Lusaka.
