INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says the UPND government is redoing some PF projects due to poor quality. Milupi says the PF should not talk about infrastructure, as most of their projects were substandard. Commenting on sentiments that the UPND government had little to show in terms of infrastructure, Wednesday, Milupi said the new dawn government was busy redoing PF projects. “Some of the projects that they (PF) did, we are having to redo them. For example, the Kitwe-Chingola Road, it’s in such bad condition that it has to be redone. The Isoka-Muyombe road, we are just giving out the contract, we’ll redo it. Isoka-Muyombe Road, which was commissioned after 2017, was a total waste of resources….
