BRITISH High Commissioner to Zambia Rebecca Terzeon says the country must ensure the active participation of civil society organisations, the opposition and the media in the electoral process to deliver credible, free and fair elections. Terzeon was reacting to President Hakainde Hichilema’s State of the Nation Address on the application of National Values and Principles in the National Assembly.
