CDF has changed some drought-prone areas into vibrant agricultural zones through irrigation, says Gwembe Constituency member of parliament Tyson Simuzingili. And Gwembe Town Council Secretary Habwacha Hachongo says the council, through CDF in 2024, disbursed K1 million to 12 irrigation schemes under Climate Resilience.
