MATERO Magic were crowned champions of the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) Smart Invoice Basketball Championship after defeating Munali Suns 88-81 in a highly entertaining men’s final played in Lusaka on Sunday. Meanwhile, in the women’s category, Lusaka Basket Queens edged Green Buffaloes 69-64 to lift the title in a tightly contested encounter. The three-day championship attracted 14 teams from across the country and was organized by ZRA to raise awareness about Smart Invoice, Zambia’s electronic invoicing system.
