BILL and Melinda Gates Foundation Director for HIV and TB Delivery Dr Yogan Pillay says he is impressed with the good practices he witnessed at Chawama Level 1 Hospital’s HIV Unit, which also treats non-communicable diseases. Dr Pillay notes that other countries can learn from such practices because non-communicable diseases are on the rise in the region.
