SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti has told members of parliament not to blame the gadgets in the House for their voting choices, stating that the devices are fully functional. Speaker Mutti says MPs should exercise restraint regarding the issues they take to Parliament, adding that concerns about the functionality of gadgets in the House must be addressed by IT personnel.
