ERB Director General Elijah Sichone says the board is on course in investigating the fast depletion of electricity units, but he says they suspect that increased power consumption is driving the higher electricity costs for consumers. And Sichone has attributed the perceived fuel shortages in Lusaka to consumer behaviour, saying some motorists prefer certain service station brands over others.
