IT’S more difficult to get admission into a university than it is to access a CDF programme, says Piston Chisulo, a beneficiary of the Constituency Development Fund in Chongwe Constituency’s Lwimba Ward. Chisulo, who underwent training in domestic electrical engineering, says he is now a director at an electrical solutions company and has employed fellow CDF skills training beneficiaries in his company.
