THE Road Development Agency (RDA) says emergency works have commenced to restore traffic flow at Kakaso Bridge on the Chingola – Chililabombwe Road, after the section was cut off by stormwater damage. In a statement, Sunday, RDA Chief Communications and Corporate Affairs Manager Anthony Mulowa assured motorists that safe traffic flow would be restored within 48 hours.
