LUSAKA Central UPND member of parliament Mulambo Haimbe says government will continue utilising the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to address infrastructure gaps in schools, following the commissioning of classroom blocks worth over K2 million in the constituency. Haimbe, who is also Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, officially handed over 1×3 classroom blocks constructed at Jacaranda Primary School and Thorn Park Primary School, projects funded under the CDF framework. The works, valued at over K2 million, included the construction of classroom infrastructure and the procurement of more than 2,000 desks aimed at reducing congestion and improving the learning environment.
