  • ECZ slams candidates campaigning in non-existent constituencies ahead of delimitation


    ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis says the commission is perturbed that some politicians have started giving names and campaigning in constituencies that have not been authorised or identified. Meanwhile, Lusaka Province District Electoral Officers have proposed the addition of nine new constituencies to be allocated to the province. On Thursday Munali MP, Mike Mposha who is also Minister of Green Economy and Environment, announced that he will contest in Malambo East, a constituency that does not exist as ECZ is yet to decide on whether Malambo Constituency would be split or not.
