Musicians mourn Chali Bravo


MUSICIANS across Zambia are mourning the loss of legendary producer and Slingbeats Entertainment founder Chali “Bravo” Mulalami, who died on Monday, and is being laid to rest today in a farewell set to celebrate his life and legacy. He passed away on March 3, 2026, at Levy Mwanawasa Teaching Hospital in Lusaka after a brief illness. Known as a visionary and a pioneer, Chali Bravo is credited with revolutionising the Zambian music scene, creating a unique sonic identity for the nation.
