  • We want to settle Lungu’s burial case via consent judgement – Govt


    ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says government has been trying to settle the Edgar Lungu burial case with a consent judgement. Meanwhile, Kabesha says he is happy with the digitalisation system at the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) warehouse. Speaking to journalists, Thursday, Kabesha said a consent judgement would result in the comfort of both parties. “The legal journey has been okay, of course when matters go to court there is always that problem and that is why people are encouraged, that when you take matters to court there is a winner and a loser.
