NGOCC Executive Director Anne Anamela has welcomed President Hakainde Hichilema’s call for male youths not to rape young women, saying that such a statement from the Head of State can be taken seriously. On Friday, President Hichilema urged male youths to propose love to young women rather than resorting to rape. He also advised older men not to marry young girls, but to allow them to continue their education.
