ENERGY Minister Makozo Chikote has warned Oil Marketing Companies and fuel service station operators against hoarding fuel, stating that the practice is a violation of petroleum supply regulations and may attract sanctions. Chikote says creating artificial shortages through fuel hoarding is unlawful and will not be tolerated, assuring that petroleum supply remains stable and secure.
