Police explain “disruption” of Nakonde PF MP’s meeting


POLICE say Nakonde PF member of parliament Luka Simumba did not notify the police before holding a meeting with his supporters. However, Simumba argues that as a lawmaker, he does not always need to notify the police when holding meetings in his constituency.
