MINISTRY of Education Permanent Secretary Dr Kelvin Mambwe says unlike the PF administration, the UPND government has prioritised the education sector, which is why more resources are allocated to the sector. And Dr Mambwe says government is planning to build six universities in all the provinces that have no public university.
