MEDIA personality Daisy Mwansa Lusumpa, alias Chichi Daisy, has informed the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that she intends to withdraw her lawsuit against Mutale Mwanza in a matter in which she was accused of prostitution. In this matter, Mwanza is charged with the offence of harassment utilising means of electronic communication, contrary to Section 69 of the Cyber Security and Crime Act, No. 2 of 2021, of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of offence are that Mwanza, on November 7, 2024, in Lusaka, using a computer system, intentionally did initiate an electronic communication on her Facebook page called M-Nation with the intent to intimidate, harass or cause emotional distress to Chinyemba Daisy Mwansa Lusumpa with a posting to which she wrote:…
