    Last week I read a fascinating piece about how ordinary foods can interact with medicines in ways most of us never think about. Not rare herbs or exotic supplements, but everyday things. Milk. Grapefruit. Herbal tea. The kinds of foods sitting on our dining tables. It made me pause because in many of our communities health advice is often divided into two worlds.
