Speaker Mutti launches training institute to transform MPs into “seasoned” lawmakers


SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti says Parliament remains a unique state institution that must hold government accountable to ensure the state fulfills the will of the people. Meanwhile, Emeritus Parliamentarian Professor Geoffrey Lungwangwa notes that Africa’s problem is not having too many elections, but rather a lack of proper training for its leaders.
