Court sets August 10 for ruling in Nakacinda seditious case


THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has set August 10, 2026, as the date for ruling on whether there is a case to answer in the matter where Raphael Nakacinda is charged with one count of seditious practices. Meanwhile, a witness on the stand has told the court that upon reviewing the article attributed to Nakacinda in the Daily Nation Newspaper, the Electoral Commission of Zambia resolved to have him substantiate the allegations.
