Evans Kangwa announces retirement from football


ZAMBIAN football legend Evans Kangwa has announced he will hang up his boots at the end of this season, bringing down the curtain on a glittering career that spanned over a decade and crossed three continents. The 31 year old winger, a member of Zambia’s historic 2012 Africa Cup of Nations-winning squad, made the emotional announcement via his official Facebook page. Kangwa’s journey began in the Zambian domestic league, where he showcased his talent at Nkana before embarking on an extensive international career.
