SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti says the United States can keep its aid if it is not willing to assist Zambia, stating that the country will stand on its own. Speaker Mutti says the US has a choice to assist whoever they want to assist, just like Zambia has a choice to accept or refuse aid.
