  • Concessionaires won’t collect tariffs on poorly done roads – Milupi


    INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says concessionaires whose roads are poorly constructed will not be allowed to continue collecting tariffs. And Milupi says the UPND government intends to grow the economy from the current $30 billion to $70 billion during President Hakainde Hichilema’s second term in office.
