Abolishing meal allowances helped govt support more schools – Luo


FORMER minister of higher education Professor Nkandu Luo says God will celebrate her for abolishing student meal allowances, as the decision resulted in government supporting more universities. Meanwhile, Prof Luo has asked God to send the Holy Spirit in the lives of people making it difficult to mourn former president Edgar Lungu. Speaking on Crown TV, Sunday, Prof Luo wondered why people were not talking about the achievements she made.
