ECZ Commissioner McDonald Chipenzi says not all suggested constituencies will be created. He says that although 116 districts were asked to submit proposals for delimitation, only 70 constituencies will be selected. He adds that the Commission is not in the business of delimitating or realigning districts or chiefs’ boundaries.
