FORMER Mwinilunga UPND MP Newton Samakayi says he’s not guilty of voting against Bill 7, adding that his silence was a sign of respect to President Hakainde Hichilema. Samakayi adds that accusations of him not voting for the Bill are suspicious as what is being said is not what was announced by the Speaker of National Assembly, Nelly Mutti during the vote.
