KABWATA Constituency is set to get an uplift in infrastructure, with the paving of selected feeder roads under the 2026 Constituency Development Fund (CDF) nearing completion. The roads being upgraded include Sandulula Highland Road and Heart of Jesus Road in Libala Ward 7, Lositu Road in Kamwala Ward 5, Touchie Road in Kamulanga Ward 9, 6th Street in Kabwata Ward 6 and 11th Street in Kabwata Ward 6.
