Engage motorists before starting to impound vehicles, bus drivers urge RTSA
BUS and Taxi Drivers Association National Secretary Sydney Mbewe has questioned RTSA’s capacity to impound vehicles on sight, arguing that the agency has no facilities to keep the said vehicles. Last week, RTSA warned that it will impound on sight all suspended motor vehicles with outstanding traffic offences. The agency also disclosed that it had over 36,000 motor vehicles and trailers suspended on its system for various pending traffic offences.
