TWO neighbours of Mtendere C took turns in court, each blaming the other over the emptying of a Chemba after night use, saying that after disposal of faecal matter, water is not poured into the toilet, leaving it dirty. This is a matter in which Judith Nakonde, 43, of Mtendere C, has sued her landlord, Gloria Zulu, 36, of the same area, seeking damages for defamation after Gloria allegedly accused her of being abnormal and of leaving faeces in other people’s houses.
