FORMER Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia president Dr Kafula Mubanga has challenged TAZAMA to publish the names of oil marketing companies still owing funds to the entity after using the pipeline. Appearing before the Committee on Parastatal Bodies, Wednesday, TAZAMA Director of Finance Sylvia Simuyuni disclosed that some oil marketing companies had defaulted in paying their dues after using the pipeline. Simuyuni added that only customers who had cleared their outstanding pipeline differential payments to the government would be allowed to use the pipeline in future.
