MINISTRY of Education Permanent Secretary Dr Kelvin Mambwe has challenged Brian Mundubile to disclose where he will get resources to fund student bursaries for tertiary institutions. Dr Mambwe has also questioned how Mundubile, who was part of the PF government that abolished student meal allowances, would cancel student loans. Mundubile, who is NRPUP presidential candidate, said if elected, his government would cancel all student loans and introduce a bursary scheme for tertiary institutions, as opposed to a loan scheme.
