CHIEF Nyakaseya of Ikeleng’i District says President Hakainde Hichilema should be allowed to complete his 10-year mandate as prescribed by the Constitution. He adds that his entire chiefdom is supporting President Hichilema and the UPND, further describing other presidential contenders as “jokers”.
