Mudolo sues ECZ for rejecting his request to file after nomination period
SOUTH African-based presidential aspirant Willah Mudolo has applied to the Lusaka High Court for leave to commence judicial review proceedings against the Electoral Commission of Zambia’s decision to block his 2026 presidential bid. He argues that the Commission’s refusal to grant him an extension of time to file his nomination papers prompted him to take the matter to court.
