MINISTRY of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana says government will advise on what will happen to the grave of late former president Edgar Lungu at Embassy Park. Meanwhile, Kawana says Lungu will continue to be honoured through annual memorial services, regardless of his final resting place. On Tuesday, the South African Supreme Court of Appeal set aside the order to have Lungu’s body repatriated to Zambia for a state funeral. In response, the Zambian government said it would not appeal the ruling and that the family could bury him in South Africa as they wish.
