Days of lying to voters, misleading citizens during campaigns are long gone
ONE of the greatest challenges facing candidates in this election is not merely how to win votes. It is how to adapt to changing times. Politics has changed. The way citizens consume information has changed. The way leaders are scrutinised has changed. And those who fail to appreciate this new reality do so at their own peril.
