Having each party send an observer to Dubai isn’t cost-effective – SP


THE Socialist Party says it did not send election monitors to Dubai, arguing that having every political party send an observer is not the most cost-effective way of participating in an election. Socialist Party General Secretary Dr Cosmas Musumali also says the current campaigns are the most difficult in Zambia’s history, citing cyber laws, which he says have created a toxic environment for campaigns.
