UPND IS EVIL- Hon. Binwell MPUNDU

Binwell MPUNDU writes;
UPND IS EVIL.
They have now proposed amendments to the code of conduct for MP’s and they are now suggesting that an MP who tells lies on the floor can be convicted and further they are suggesting that any one who goes against any provision of this code of conduct must Vacate(cease to be a member of parliament) his Seat.

Remember these UPND are fond of lies and can accuse you of lying as they did to me on the CBU meal allowance issue and as they have done today suggesting that i have lied that Levy Mwanawasa university students were chanting Bally must go.Imagine what they would do with this law in their hands.

The constitution prescribes when one can stop being an MP and so any useless secondary law should never be entertained
KWENA ABA BANTU ARE EVIL, AKALUMBAFYE.

If true, i don’t trust this boy, but again if this is true, this is very bad, such a devilish parley provision.
Any mp that votes for this should not come back to parley. The president has no part to mp conduct in parley, dictatorial.
Upnd should be careful, these things will come back and eat them real bad, you’re not in power for ever
Truthfully speaking, when you talk if a bin, there is nothing that goes in or out of it is well.
Discilpline and intergrity are very vital for honour to have meaning.
This chap and his friend have just messed up chances for the youth to be elevated to leadership positions.
Maturity really matters in politics.
Look at his colleague, he lost his opportunity to make a very vital contribution to the nation and decided to play to the gallery. That stint took him to jail.
Look at the other one, he even ran away from his own country because of trying to replicate the mafia style of doing things.
These characters plus a few delinquent adults have degraded the caliber of MPs and it is so embarrassing.
It appears they go there for drama and not representing Zambians
The sakala brothers once sang a song; “ANIWONE ANIWONE. ANANKALA PANSIMBI YAKUPYA”. In English it means literally that a showoff ended up seating on hot iron, or that those that play to the gallery often fall badly.
One would wonder how some people would behave if they were to be in a position like that of Jito Kayumba or Chipokota Mwanawasa.
Well you get what youre asking for….
We can not condone the behaviour and immaturity that some of you have exhited Binwell. Its tax payer money that you are wasting by bring up non sense and wasting time in the name of working.
Its been observered to the point where some of you have abused the immunity that the law provided for. Object this on the floor and it your peers agree provide an option.
So you come to us and leak this so that we do what? Have your fellow clowns make noise all day every to do what when you and your peers have the means to make better provisions of the law?
Binwell you sound like the kknd of husband who when you fight with your wife, you tell the neighbours and everyone about the fight instead of resolving the issue privately. This is what you demonstrate here…seeking to garner support from the public when the public doesnt vote on any bill in Parliament…grow up and act like an adult.
A law abiding citizen is never worried of laws or the number of prisons or police cells that are being constructed. If we have 156 MPs including the nominated ones, why should UPND target you alone? You are complaining because you know yourself better, such laws make you very uncomfortable. Thank God that you may not even come back to Parliament after August elections, you have just wasted your last five years and the people of Nkana won’t make that mistake again.
The law is aimed at punishing lying in the debating chamber of Parliament.
The keyword is “knowingly making false,” which is lying. So it shows who lies….
This is good to bring sanity, order, and restore the decorum of parliament, unlike the current circus that we have
Binwell or Binbad Mpundu, yes the same law which you are citing also allows
for other law and lestlative instruments to be put in place whenever it was found necessary.
The rules can be ehanced, stiffened or altered on the way. It is there in the law.
Incorrigibles like some of the MPs in this outgoing Parliament will always hate
the law. They thrive on chaos. Are you one of them?If
And when trying to communicate, try and stick to english and not just one particular language
unless your wish is to communicate to only those who share that language with you.
It actually is annoying that you only care to speak to those you want to hear from you on public media platform. You are so irritating. Shaaaa!!! .
