THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has committed a 44-year-old woman accused of murdering her 29-year-old neighbour after she allegedly found her with her husband in their matrimonial home to the High Court for plea and trial. In this matter, Ruth Mwanza, a resident of Twin Palm area, is charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 200 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence are that Mwanza, on unknown dates but between January 29, 2026, and January 31, 2026, in Lusaka, did murder Maureen Mweemba.
