British Envoy urges fair policing, impartial courts for credible polls
BRITISH High Commissioner to Zambia Rebecca Terzeon says it is yet to be seen whether the police is acting fairly ahead of the August polls. Terzeon adds that the key questions that arise are whether the courts are impartial, and if the opposition can continue to operate freely during the electoral process.
