LCC completes Kabwata, Lusaka Central mini civic centres


THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) has announced the completion of the Kabwata and Lusaka Central Mini Civic Centres, projects aimed at decentralising the operations of the local authority. The two facilities are among four Mini Civic Centres that have been constructed within the city, with the others located in Kanyama and Matero constituencies.
