ECZ must be fair, firm and decisive in dealing with violent political parties
AS Zambia joined the rest of Africa in commemorating Africa Freedom Day yesterday, President Hakainde Hichilema called on citizens to reject violence, hate speech and lawlessness as the country approaches the August elections. The President said no political ambition is greater than the peace and stability of the nation and the continent. He said Zambia must never return to violence, division, corruption or reckless borrowing. This is a timely and important message.
