UPND office bearers legally in office after intra-party polls, Imenda tells court
UPND Secretary General Batuke Imenda says all current office bearers are serving legally following intra-party elections held between January and April 2026. Meanwhile, Imenda has asked the court to dismiss the petition with costs by Charles Longwe, arguing that the legal action discloses no reasonable cause of action.
