THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested Mulobezi Ward Development Committee member Hamanyanga Hamanyanga for failing to declare interest in the awarding of an empowerment loan worth K200,000 to his brother’s company. ACC Acting Head of Corporate Communications Chilufya Chisanga stated that Hamanyanga participated in the recommendation for the awarding of an empowerment loan to Hantulu Hamanyanga Transport and General Dealers, his brother’s company.
