IN a major step towards strengthening healthcare delivery and emergency response services in Mansa, the district has received two brand new ambulances under the CDF. The ambulances, earmarked for Bahati and Mansa Central Constituencies are set to mitigate challenges related to delayed emergency response, long-distance patient transfers and limited access to reliable ambulance services, especially in remote and hard-to-reach areas which have been faced by the district for years.
