FORMER intelligence chief director Xavier Chungu has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for the offences of communication of certain information, seditious practices and publication or disclosure of information to an unauthorised person. Meanwhile, the State has objected to the defence’s application for bail pending trial, shortly after producing a certificate from the DPP for denial of bail.
