GARY Nkombo has asked UPND Secretary General Batuke Imenda and the party to leave him alone, insisting that he already left the ruling party and should be allowed to campaign freely. On Monday, the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) suspended all campaign activities in Mazabuka Central Constituency until further notice. The suspension of campaign activities followed an incident in which police in the district on Sunday blocked Nkombo from launching his campaign at Ndeke grounds and used tear gas to disperse his supporters, stating that he was scheduled to be in a different location.
