PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says former president Edgar Lungu must be buried with full military honours, stressing that the dead should be laid to rest with dignity, as is being done for Chief Mpezeni. The Head of State says while presidents are not always easy to work with, the late Chief Mpezeni always found a way of doing so because of the shared interest in serving the people.
